Shipping policy
At Woodpecker Project, we are dedicated to ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of your orders. Please carefully review our shipping policy to understand your responsibilities and what to expect during the delivery or pickup process.
Delivery & Pickups
- Measurements: Ensure that all items will fit in their intended spaces before placing an order. We are not responsible for items that do not fit due to improper measurements provided by the customer.
- Identity Verification: Before releasing goods, we may require proof of identity, such as a driver’s license or the credit card used for the transaction, to ensure secure handling of your order.
- Delivery Times: Quoted delivery times are estimates only. While we strive to deliver on time, we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

Rescheduling/Cancellation:
- To cancel an order, notify us as soon as possible. A 25% cancellation fee will apply to cover production and administrative costs.
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
- Rescheduling delivery within two business days of the scheduled date may incur additional charges.
- Access: Ensure reasonable access for delivery. If access is unavailable or if no authorized individual is present at the agreed time, additional delivery charges may apply. Deliveries that require handling stairs or extra effort may also incur additional fees.
- Floor Protection: Customers are responsible for protecting floors and internal surfaces during delivery. We are not liable for any damage caused during the delivery process.
- Packaging Disposal: We offer packaging disposal services for an additional fee. If you do not opt for this service, you will be responsible for the disposal of all packaging materials.
- Inspection: Upon receipt, please inspect your goods carefully. Any damage must be reported immediately and noted on our delivery or pickup documentation. Once goods are accepted, we are not responsible for subsequent damage, including damage that may occur during loading or assembly.
Storage Fees
If you do not pick up or arrange delivery of your items within one week following completion or approval for delivery, a storage fee of $100 per item per week will apply. This fee covers the cost of storing your furniture in our workshop until it is collected or delivered.
